Project Sub Projects

Geminate comes with a feature of Project Sub Projects. it allows you to divide your main project in multiple sub projects to divide the project plan into multiple phases. you can assign different levels of roles to those sub projects or projects like User, Project Coordinator, Admin. when manager is assigned as project coordinator then he can access his own project plus all sub projects within it. it shows warnings on projects and subprojects deletion. you can easily analyze the large project.

Ecommece Direct Order

Geminate comes with an amazing feature for creating direct orders from websites. portal customers can directly add multiple products by searching with their name, SKU or barcode and selecting them. even they can add special notes for their product based on their special requirement. Additionally, we allow them to save their direct order as 'Template' so in the future they can reuse it for quick direct order instead of adding the same list of products manually again. We allow them to remove products or edit product qty even after the order is saved until it is confirmed. once it is the final order, customers can confirm it from the website itself.

Sales Team Access Control

Geminate comes with a feature for the sales team to control access on Sale Quotation / Sale Order, CRM Leads, Sales Teams and Contacts based on Team Leader / Team Member. It provides one more level of security where team leaders can access all data of their team member BUT team members can access only data of their own. it helps to secure your data and provide necessary information to the desired role of user.

Unused Attachment Cleaner

Geminate comes with a feature to scan all the attachment documents and compute their status of 'Used and UnUsed' based on whether they are used either in website pages or in backend database documents. rest will compute as 'Unused' which can be deleted without any issues. main reason for this feature to clean up your database with filestore for all unwanted and unnecessary attachments and shrink your database size.

Web Recent Documents

Geminate comes with a feature to review recent visited history of all database objects by you. it will helps to save your time in search to recall database object operation manually everytime. Additionally it will helps to check and review lots of operations at single location. You can manage un-necessary recent history by deleting them. even you can configure fixed number of records to be displayed in recent document history userwise.
