Web Image Capture

Geminate comes with a feature for adding instant images in attachment and binary field (widget='image') by using the camera. It will help to add a current image of any partners, users, products, employees, or attachments. The image capture tool clicks your live image and with the click of the save button, it will auto-set in fields or attachments. Also, you will download the captured image by using the 'Download' button. A key benefit of this feature is, you can click the live images in just one click and set them to the binary field(widget='image') or attachment or Download them.

Web Files Clipboard Upload

Geminate comes with a feature of instant file uploading by Drag & Drop OR Copy + Paste from clipboard OR Browse File (s). it provides instant preview image, video and file format type with nice graphical icons. very user friendly to copy any image from folder or any website and paste on dialog then easily upload. it supports multiple file(s) uploading on attachment using Drag & Drop OR Copy + Paste from clipboard OR Browse File (s). even you can remove unwanted files if you want if mistakenly uploaded or copy-pasted. By that way, you can easily visualize and upload multiple file(s) on attachment very quickly.

Web Document Locker

Geminate comes with a feature of create locker for users.Eny user create folder in locker and add important files in folder. All Folder are create on attachment but do not show this file data when download it so it is secure to add important data on this folder. Users are easy to share,delete,copy,download,move for this folder. Add password on folder then all time password is required when open,copy eny other operation is performed. user is securely & easy to share this folder to other user. Other user show this folder data but enable to delete this folder. When the user does not know the password, the password will be sent to the user's email.

Website Order Attachments

Geminate comes with a feature for website customers to upload the attachment from the product line and on order in the shopping cart. attachment can be video, audio, pdf, document, xls etc. any kind of with a size limit of 5 MB. Benefit of this feature allows customers to provide additional information related to their product or order for example, if a customer wants to buy a mug with special preferences of size, shade, color and design so they can easily prepare some document and attach it to individual product lines. It is completely mobile responsive which provides a perfect view for attachment from the product line on the shopping cart.

Export Zip Attachments

Geminate comes with a feature for multiple attachments management by downloading attachments as a single ZIP file. Download selected attachments in a single zip file will helps to reduce storage capacity and create a group of attachments for external use. It will also used for download single attachment file as a zip file to reduce original size of file. Downloaded zip file contains downloaded date time in their name to identify the zip files by date and time.

Web Twitter Post Tweets

Geminate comes with a feature to post tweets with images, gif and video as an attachment on twitter. additionally, you can remove and re-tweet posts as well. it will fetch automatically a total number of likes per post based on a certain time period.

Website Google Image Search

Geminate comes with a feature to provide an option to search and set google images on any image media on website. it provides you a search bar where you can browse through the images that you search and select the one which you want to set it for the image media. Google image search which we have already set on website is getting stored in attachments on image media dialog. Now no more need to search for an image on google and save it locally and then use it upload back on odoo to set on image field. just a few clicks to set the images directly in odoo whichever you want.

Unused Attachment Cleaner

Geminate comes with a feature to scan all the attachment documents and compute their status of 'Used and UnUsed' based on whether they are used either in website pages or in backend database documents. rest will compute as 'Unused' which can be deleted without any issues. main reason for this feature to clean up your database with filestore for all unwanted and unnecessary attachments and shrink your database size.

Attachment Upload Progress Bar

Geminate comes with a feature to display a progress bar while uploading an attachments in discuss menu, formview mail chatter, and mail compose wizard. It also provides you an option to cancel any in-progress upload of attachment which helps you to remove the attachment(s) that you don't want to continue uploading or it was selected for upload by mistake.
