All Folder are create on attachment but do not show this file data when download it so it is secure to add important data on this folder. Users are easy to share,delete,copy,download,move for this folder. Add password on folder then all time password is required when open,copy eny other operation is performed. user is securely & easy to share this folder to other user. Other user show this folder data but enable to delete this folder. When the user does not know the password, the password will be sent to the user's email.

Geminate comes with the feature of automatic screenshot capturing tool. It helps companies to monitor the work of employees, their activity and their promptness. Whenever a user starts their work at the beginning of the day, they click on 'Start' button to enable screen capturing and 'Pause' whenever they take breaks. once they finish the work at the end of the day, they need to hit the 'Stop' button so the complete duration of the entire day will be calculated with screenshots in the form of a video file. Users themselves can watch the preview of their own videos for any day and the manager can review and download videos of any employee for performance and activity monitoring.

Geminate comes with a feature for inventory adjustments using point of sale. In the POS screen, you can add multiple products with different qtys and whenever you click on the 'Adjust Inventory' button it will create new Inventory Adjustments. If the inventory adjustment checkbox is checked on POS session configuration then only the 'Adjust Inventory' button will be available on POS screen. you can configure the inventoried location on POS session configuration which will set as stock location on inventory adjustment.
