➥ Odoo Edit/Remove messages in Direct Messages as well as Private Channels
➥ This app will add new feature of Edit/Remove messages in Direct Messages as well as Private Channels.
➥ User can Edit/Remove their own Recent messages. While Receiver is trying to Edit/Remove Sender's message, He/She will get notification of 'Instant Messaging : Operation Not Allowed'.
It is the normal case when we are in hurry, we misspelled word or type sentence incorrectly .
Here, User misspelled the word and try to edit the message, by 'DoubleClick' anywhere on message text.
User has clicked on 'EditMessage' menu from popup menu list.
Same message is now appeared on 'Input box' for modification.
On click of 'Send' button, message will be updated with 'Edit' Icon as prefix.
During the conversation, user had send text message with wrong attachment, so it should be removed. so user has 'RemoveMessage' option.
'MessageisRemoved' from channel, so sender and receiver both will not able to see the message. we have put grey scale text 'MessageRemoved !' for notification.
'Message is Removed' from channel and sender has re-send message with corrected attachment.
Once the message received from sender, Receiver is trying to Edit/Remove message by 'DoubleClick' on message text.
So they get notification 'InstanceMessaging : OperationNotAllowed'. in top-right corner.
