1. If the group is enabled then that user can set fields as readonly and editable in form view.Go to Settings -> Users & Companies -> Users.
2. Set Salesperson as readonly field.
Go to Sales -> Quotations.
3. Set Product Type as readonly field.
Go to Sales -> Products.
