Go to Dental Management -> Consultation -> Cases.
Click on "Escalate" button to open wizard.
Click on "Escalate" button.
When clicking on the "Escalate" button, the case will escalate to the new dentist and the old dentist will get free from the individual case. escalation history will be available on case form.
Go to Dental Management -> Consultation -> Escalate Cases.
Go to Settings -> Technical -> Emails.
Send notification mail to new dentist.
Same dentist than raise a warning.
"Escalate" is invisible when "Cases" state are cancel or done.
