Geminate comes with the beautiful features of HR Employee review. it will come with the different review areas and add scores for that review area based on employee performance. it will provide multiple types of review areas like attitude, skill, behavior, knowledge, responsible, team player, etc. each review area has a 10 score you can give a rating of an employee out of 10 based on employee performance. but you can not give a rating of more than 10 otherwise it will raise a warning.
These features allow you to download detailed employee review summary pdf reports for selected employees or multiple employees on a day-by-day basis, as well as on a duration-by-day basis.

Exciting Features
Provides different types of review areas.
Click on "ADD MULTIPLE LINES" button to add all review areas at once.
Provides facilities to add review areas manually and automatically.
Provides a detailed employee review summary PDF report.
Note: Extensively Tested on Odoo Vanilla with Ubuntu OS
Go to Employees -> Configuration -> Review Area
Go to Employees -> Employee Review -> Statistics
Select the review date and employee and add review lines for the employee then give a rating of 1 to 10 based on employee performance.
You can add the review line automatically by clicking on the "ADD MULTIPLE LINES" button and you can also add a review line manually.
You can not give a score of more than 10. if you can give a score of more than 10 then it will raise a warning.
You cannot add or edit an employee review after clicking the button "Done" because all fields are read-only and the "ADD MULTIPLE LINES" button is invisible.
Go to Employees -> Employee Review -> Statistics Report
Employee Review Summary Report with duration wise.
Employee Review Summary Report with day wise.
Employee pdf reports can be downloaded based on day and duration with selected employees or multiple employees.
