Geminate comes with a unique feature for the pricelist containing products and their attributes with extra price. so at the time of purchase, if you are adding a product (variant and extra price) and product price will update based on the computed price which will be configured in pricelists. it will count the final price on behalf of Fix Price + Extra Price configuration on selected pricelist. additionally it supports both backend sale orders and ecommerce shopping carts.
Originally in standard Odoo, it is affecting the 'Fix Price' on each individual product regardless of their attribute's extra price of product variant belonging to the same product (template) inside one order or shopping cart.

Sale > Products > Products > Open any product with variants.
Check sales price of product.
Click on Configure Variants.
Configure Extra prices of particular variants.
Now, open 'Pricelists' menu.
Create new 'Pricelist'.
Configure necessary details and click on 'Add a line'.
Select product with variants and extra price, select 'Fixed Price + Extra Price' option, configure 'Fixed Price'.
Save Pricelist and open 'Quotations' menu.
Create new 'Quotation'.
Select pricelist which will be configured before, add products with variants, final unit price is a total of 'Fixed Price and Extra Price'.
Now, Go to Website.
Open Shop and select product which is configured in pricelist.
Select Pricelist from top right selection menu.
Price will be change based on different variants and their extra price.
